Very clean well presented and comfortable. Close to everything you could want, cinema, supermarkets, restaurants, Wetherspoons, pubs, shops and train station all within a maximum of 15 minutes walk. Situated in the historic town of Aldershot, a 10-minute drive from Farnborough and from Farnham, Aldershot House offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and free parking. We (and our dog) were welcome really warmly at our arrival. The house is cozy and tidy, in a calm surrounding. We slept really well and enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. It‘s definitely worth staying at the Aldershot house!

Refurbished in 2018, Holiday Inn Farnborough is set in an impressive Edwardian building and features a mini gym and an international restaurant. Overall the staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean and comfortable
Christmas Pie Barns is situated in Farnham, 8 km from Frensham Great Pond and Common and 3.5 km from Farnham Castle. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms include a flat-screen TV. The room was very tastefully furnished and very clean. The shower was wonderful! Breakfast was brought to us in a hamper each morning, and left outside our door, this consisted of porridge (to pour boiling water on), a tub of fresh fruit, a fruit yogurt and a chocolate pastry. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room, plenty of these.
Set in a large Victorian building, Colebrook Guest House is situated on a quiet residential street and offers rooms with en suite bathrooms. Questions I asked before arrival were answered quickly. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Single room has a nice comfy bed and a good sized bathroom. Had tea, coffee and some hot chocolate in the room, and tasty cookies. And the breakfast was also great.
Situated in Farnborough, 1.5 km from Farnborough Air Show, Netley Guest house offers accommodation with free WiFi. This is first time of my family to UK, and all the things are new to us, they treated my family like their closed friends and offered many helps as they could to help us staying in the city. Very much appreciated. Will visit again.
We only stayed overnight at The Queen Hotel which is a Wetherspoons Hotel and was excellent for accommodation and for food and drink, we stayed to go to Princes Theatre which was just across the road which was good but would not recommend the town as was very run down and depressing
Everything we needed was within 15 minutes walk, Supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, cafes, fastfood, shops, arcade, Argos, rail station and the cheapest charity shop ever with everything in the shop £1. Also the people serving were so friendly and welcoming it was unreal, special mentions to the staff in Morrisons, Cineworld (110%), the Harvester Pub, KFC, and train station.
The best part of town is around the wetherspoons and nearby cineworld and restaurants. The main town centre is quite poor as a substantial number of shops like marks and spencers have pulled out. Lovely countryside is very close by and local people are friendly.
Visiting relatives very nearby. There are nicer areas in Hampshire and Surrey where we would have stayed otherwise. Both counties are lovely; lots of walks in nearby countryside and interesting small towns. Aldershot does have good Nepalese restaurants; reasonably priced. Trains run regularly.
I have lived in aldershot for twenty years and have been here on family business . Shame there is not many local born and bought up people anymore ,felt like a foreigner in my own county of Hampshire , the town seems a little run down .
Came here because my husband and my father were posted here whilst they were in the army. The place isn't like it used to be its a little run down now the paras have moved but the locals are friendly and plenty of places to eat. They only have 11 pubs there now and a couple of nights clubs. But as we found out despite obviously not being under age you are asked for ID if you want to go to a night club. Bouncers pretty miserable. But had a good time nonetheless.

Ideal location as I was working 3 minutes away. I had everything I needed for basic self catering. Good wifi signal and the flat was an ideal size, comfortable and with it's own parking bay at the back of the building. Any questions are quickly dealt with by the owners via phone call/text. I prefer staying in a flat with self catering rather than a hotel, it helps to keep the costs down but fully appreciate this doesn't suit everyone
