I only stsyed here because of the cheap bnb easy access by both bus and train (bus £3.80 single) from Msnchester airport when forced to find overnight accommodation. Just up the road from bnb Stamford Park was a pleasant open space.

We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Tatton Flower Show. There is a free shuttle bus to & from the bus / tram station. Altrincham has a good vibe . plenty of bars & restaurants & shops

A charming town centre, plenty of outside dinning and pubs. Hotel 10 mins from travel interchange, giving access to trams, rail and bus. Easy access to Manchester, Trafford Centre and Airport. Town felt safe day and night. Quite affluent area.

Altrincham lovely. But I got a parking ticket for NOT DISPLAYING MY BLUE DISABLED BADGE IN THE PROPER MANNER. How petty and small minded, even malicious is that. I received good news about my cancer on Tuesday and my good feelings were swept away on Sunday by some evil jobsworth . I did display my disabled badge but not correctly apparently. How disgracefully mean. This obviously clouded my opinion of Altrincham.

I have stayed here several times for football at Old...
I have stayed here several times for football at Old Trafford, most often at Best Western Cresta Court. It is ideal - a 5 minute walk from the Metro station. We have also found that after a match it is much quicker to travel away from Manchester as the majority of supporters are heading back in to the city, and therefore there is much less delay if travelling outwards to Altrincham or similar.

Heating in room wasn't working but reception sorted it straight away,Faulty Iron sorted so very happy ☺with my very short visit to the hotel outstanding service levels by all the staff were room shower 🚿excellent once I 'd worked out correct temperature relaxing shower without having to worry about getting in and out of a bath

From $97 per nightThe hosts were extremely helpful and kind. The location was peaceful and had a lovely view over open farm land . The hotel was clean and our room was perfect. Breakfasts were awesome with a very good range of locally produced and fresh food. All in all a brilliant place to stay - will definitely return. Added bonus an excellent pub next door for our evening meals which our hosts kindly helped us to book in advance.
