The place was great. Comfy bed, very clean. A welcoming treat was waiting for me in the room (coffee, tea and oat bisquits). There is an iron and ironing board provided in the room. The breakfast was delicious, felt more like a brunch place than a classical hotel breakfast. Great location, very central.

    Restaurant does not meet the standards expected for a hotel charging these prices. The menu has very limited choices and the quality of the food being served is second rate . The pool changing areas need updating .

    This is quite a big town, very cosmopolitan but with some lovely old buildings in the Market Square, well worth exploring. A new restaurant complex called the Exchange has some excellent eateries and was very busy. There is also a very old pub called the King's Head with an amazing dining room. Quite memorable is the sculpture of David Bowie with accompanying songs. The best way to visit is by bus as the bus station is next to Market Square.

    Loved Aylesbury - beautiful historical buildings against a backdrop of the beautiful waterside theatre. Lovely shops and very helpful staff made it an enjoyable stay, alongside the service at Broad Leys and the waterside theatre where the service (from programme seller to prosecco bar staff was EXCEPTIONAL!)

    The road system in Aylesbury was undergoing significant maintenance and the hotel wrote to us before we arrived to advise that the town should be avoided. For this reason we didn’t go into the town but the surrounding countryside was magnificent.

    The bell hotel was comfortable however I left my charger and phone lead in the room when I asked for it to be posted to me , it got complicated I had to send an addressed envelope to them by post I offered to pay if they just post it to me and they ignored me for this reason customer service was a let down . Very simply could have charged me 3 £ and posted it but they ignored my request and kept my charger and lead

    The Chilterns turned out to be a lovely area for a Spring stay, especially if you like woodlands, walking and wild flowers. There were countless good places to eat – we chose The Oak in Aston Clinton, where the food was super, and a takeaway Chinese meal from China Water, which was exceptionally good and not at all expensive. There was plenty to do for non-wakers as well – the museum in Aylesbury is very interesting, for example.

    The hotel is situated in a lovely town center... room was enough for me and my friend.. we would like to thank 1 member of staff for her warm welcome and her outstanding customer service ... Gemma went above and beyond for us when stayed we will definitely be back just to see her .. breakfast was lovely also definitely reccomend the full English breakfast! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff either very polite thank you for an enjoyable stay

    A very comfortable room which thankfully had a fan as it was quite warm in Aylesbury during my stay. All facilities as described and everything kept super clean. Access to the kitchen for breakfast and throughout the day was brilliant, as was the fridge stocked with cheese, yoghurt, milk, etc. There was even an iron and ironing board to iron a shirt.
