The views from the tree house are stunning, and the house itself is very cute. The hot tub is in the perfect setting, loved all the lights outside. The bed was comfy, and had a good shower . We loved how private it was from the rest of the buildings.

Excellent location, we love a wood fire hottub as they get hot and stay hot! Cleanliness and freshness of caravan, very well equipped and beautifully decorated, bed very comfortable, got decent sleep before attending wedding, lovely busy bee theme, overall this caravan has 10/10. Helpful and friendly host.

Great location, very easy to find and perfect for visiting York and other attractions. Check in etc was very easy and communication from the owners was excellent. The property was very clean and well kept. The little welcome pack (milk, cereal etc) was a lovely touch.
