The hotel is right in the center of all the shops. I walked to all the major attractions like Chalice Well gardens, White Spring and the Tor. The Abbey is also really close. Rooms were clean and a decent size. Looked good and had all amenities I needed. Despite sitting on top of a pub it was quiet and safe. Although I did stay during the week and not the weekend. Staff was really helpful and always kind and welcoming, apologising just for being busy. The outlets also had USB ports which was really handy for European travellers who don't have the same plug. Breakfast was delicious and big portions. Lots of choices.

Excellent location very close to town centre and Clarks Village, Debs and Josh were great hosts as was Ellie behind the bar, all very friendly and welcoming, room had everything we needed for a short break, good breakfast and evening meal offering. We will definitely book again next time I'm told we need to visit the shopping outlet!

LOVED my stay here. Tina is such a welcoming host and everything is so beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is bar none. I especially liked the filtered water, selection of teas and oat milk sachets in the room👌🤩 A perfect oasis and getaway, I felt like a new person when I left 😊
