The Marina court was good for drinks the harbour is lovely if you want nice food or even breakfast just round the corner from the marina is the Brasilia Everything is in walking distance there is plenty to do in Bangor for all ages and disabilites
Lots to see and do, we only scratched the surface. We loved our B&B, the restaurant Underground was simply fantastic food at a very reasonable price and, The transport museum nearby was fascinating. The Titanic exhibition there was particularly well done and complemented the Titanic experience at Belfast's Titanic quarter.
lovely harbour in centre of town, great shopping centre, with lots of coffee shops and eating places, just up the road a little way there is a lovely bay, with much scenery and promenade walks. a good central location for day trips to other areas
There is lots of eating places Rabbit rooms great for evening food 1/2 price wine while we were there, Sunday eve live music was brilliant. Gulimott had excellent menu for brunch servings in both places were big and staff very helpful and friendly Bangor has some great places for walking, a good starting point for coastal walk. Small town very clean and friendly locals.
Beautiful town, not many shops in the town centre.. would maybe need a car/taxi to go further to shopping centres etc. Lovely to stay beside the sea and nice local business handy to accommodation.
Bangor is a lovely town with a beautiful harbour area, although at this time of year part of it is closed off, better in the summer, when you can enjoy a ride on the swans. It would be lovely to see more of the shops open along the sea front. Very handy for days trips to Belfast. Trains and buses are very reliable for gettting around on. Bangor is a lovely relaxing town, with a great view from the top of the High St looking out over the sea and the boats coming in, plus the clock tower in the foreground. A great little town to visit.

Went to visit my sister with my mom for 3 days. The most comfortable stay I ever had. Felt like home the moment I stepped in. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the owner left us some bread, eggs, butter, milk and cereals for breakfast. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The TV was big and was easy to use my Netflix on it, which was a big bonus to watch a movie all the family together in a cosy living room.

The staff really stood out and endured we had the answers for every question even before we asked. We had traveled up from Cork so didn't know our way around so much but they had maps and recommendations and we could even leave our bags when we checked out. Nice spacious room, king sized bed, shower with wonderful temp and pressure, great breakfast with attentive staff and a great leisure center! We will be back!
The house is perfect for families, kids all had room to themselves and were able to have some space - inbetween family visits! Kitchen is well stocked with what you need inc washing machine! and theres a small yard out the back with a washing line! which with 3 children and a husband in tow was a life saver! would recommend this house to anyone visiting Norn Iron :)
