Situated in Bexhill and within 300 metres of Bexhill Beach, The Driftwood Bexhill has a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property.

The Driftwood was beautifully decorated and SPOTLESSLY clean. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and served in the lovely sunny dining room. The location is great - less than 10mins from the station and just a few mins from the sea front.

The The Relais Cooden Beach is in Bexhill, East Sussex - a unique award-winning hotel that is located directly on the beach.

The food was excellent, especially the (inclusive!) breakfast - easily the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent right by the sea for walking/swimming and long/easy cycle routes, and next to the train station with regular trains to explore the East Susssex coast. Long secluded beaches, sandy at low-tide.

Just a minute’s walk from the Bexhill seafront, the 4-star Buenos Aires Guest House offers freshly cooked full English breakfasts and bright, modern rooms with free Wi-Fi.

The location is 2 minutes from De la Warr Pavilion and beach in Bexhill. Ideal if you are going to an event, or just want a relaxing seaside break. My room was very nicely furnished at the top of the house, large en suite bathroom. Breakfast - excellent menu. I asked for just a continental breakfast and was delighted to have fresh fruit salad, super croissants with cheese, yogurt, and excellent pot of tea. I found the location was ideal, and the guest house very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely stay again when next in Bexhill.

Bexhill has some really interesting independent stores including an excellent material and haberdashery shop. The Pavillipn is well worth a visit and has some great displays and a good restaurant. The really lovely place to eat is the Trattoria along the sea front with such lovely staff. A lovely beach that exposes sand when the sea is out.

We were there for a family meeting so didn't see a lot, but we did go into the town for food and can highly recommend Bentley's as food and service were excellent and fairly priced. Currently a lot of road works going on which can cause hold ups but we did use two taxi services 247 cars and Town cars and both were punctual and reasonably priced for the length of journey and both with friendly polite drivers. We also visited the Relais Cooden Beach Hotel and that was very nice.

Beautiful well equipped small town with an iconic theatre which hosts music, comedy, plays and an art gallery. Lovely pebble beaches with plenty of rock pools and a wonderful promenade scattered with cafes, beach huts and a sailing club. A little way from the seafront is a classic Victorian park with a gem of a museum - one of its features is a model railway gifted to the town by the famous local comedian, Eddie Izzard (a working model of Bexhill from the 1960’s made by his dad). There’s lots of good quality eateries in the town and great varied scenery if walking is your scene. Bexhill does have good public transport - station and buses for visiting nearby towns and cities.

This is a delightful seaside town.

This is a delightful seaside town. Full of quant shops, arts & crafts, restaurant & bars, along with bigger supermarket brands and clothing shops. The walkway along the seafront is long and wide with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the stunning views. The place is kept clean. Plenty of places to park but you do pay. There’s public toilet facilities. The Delaware building host exhibits, plays and concerts. Bus service is good and there’s a trains with connections to other coastal areas and London. I fall in love with Bexhill more each time I visit.

We had a fabulous evening!overnight in Bexhill.

We had a fabulous evening!overnight in Bexhill. We stayed at the Seaspray rooms above the Rocksalt bar - it really lived up to our expectations. We had drinks in the Rocksalt bar before going for dinner at the amazing Bentleys Smokehouse. We then went to the iconic De la Warr Pavilion to see Ward Thomas supported by the talented US sunger/songwriter, Charlie Worsham. Back to the Rocksalt bar for a nightcap - the place was buzzing with a great band playing. Up to bed for a lovely night's sleep - morning cup of tea in bed with a sea view! Delicious breakfast served in the bar - bracing walk along the seafront then home.... Thank you Bexhill for a brilliant stay stay...we'll be back soin....xx

As a long term Bexhill visitor due to family ties on this occasion I decided to stay in a self catering flat situated just off the sea front and Sackville Road in the town. Bexhill is pretty much a retirement location with it’s chief attraction being the iconic Art Deco building, The De La Warr Pavilion constructed in between the Wars by German architects. It was an early example of ‘ferro- concrete’ building and it retains all its original features including a theatre, galleries, viewing balconies and a splendid marble spiral staircase complete with Deco light fittings. The venue continues to run a comprehensive year round programme of entertainment to suit all tastes.
