We stayed in Sam's flat for a short family holiday, and loved it. It is really spacious, light and airy, and is comfortably furnished. The location is great for visiting Bexhill (everything is walkable) and also other places along the coast, as it is so close to the train station. Sam is really friendly and was great at communicating with us. I highly recommend this place.

No facilities to cook breakfast or any other meals, as we expected a kitchen as per the info you provided. My sister is a coliec and cannot have gluten, so we expected to be able to cook!!!! Your description was incorrect and will be expecting compensation for this.
Bexhill Museum is a must visit. Staff were amazing, going above and beyond giving us a superb experience and sharing their knowledge. Bexhill have plenty of good shops, with a very relaxed atmosphere. We walked from Bexhill Old Town Retreat into the town centre and beach. Very easy to find our way around. We also cycled to Hastings Old Town along the coastal path, although hilly in places, still a pleasant trip. If you are looking for a few days away relaxing, I would highly recommend.

Bexhill is a lovely seaside town.
Bexhill is a lovely seaside town. The rail station is central and close to the beach. There is a good selection of shops, where you can pick up something unusual if looking for yourself or as a gift. There is a good selection of coffee shops, pubs and places to eat. The front is within easy walking distance and has maintained its slight old fashioned seaside air. The De La Warr Pavilion is within easy reach and there is often something going on in there. If you come by car there is an industrial estate not far with bigger stores, but beware Bexhill is now resident parking so you will be charged to park. Its a fabulous little town and I highly recommend a trip here but book early as there are not that many hotels and guest houses, so can get rather busy during peak times.

We stayed as we were visiting family.
We stayed as we were visiting family. The town is nice and clean with loads of eateries of all cuisine. There is a railway connection that stops in Bexhill centre. A diversity of shops if that is your thing. Hastings is also close by connected by the A259 in under ten minutes where you can buy freshly caught sea food.
Plenty of walking opportunity towards Normans Bay and Pevensey Bay.

We used to live in Bexhill but wanted a little break as we were having our bathroom refitted. Also it’s my husband’s special birthday year and our 35th anniversary this year.
We thought the Hotel break would be a nice treat. Bexhill is flat and easy walking but pay to park in Central & surrounding areas.

Bexhill is our happy place.
Bexhill is our happy place. We go to Bexhill whenever we can. It is clean, quiet and the people are very friendly, we absolutely love Bexhill. Lots of great places to eat. A great base for trips out to lots of places, historical eg Pevensey Castle, Battle Abbey Rye etc; other seaside destinations eg Eastbourne, Hastings and Brighton. Theatres in Eastbourne and Bexhill’s own De La Warr centre.

We were there to visit family, and this was not our first visit to Bexhill, however, there are lots of neat places to visit, a good variety of restaurants and cafes, shopping and easy accessibility either by walking or public transport. Great little town and well worth a visit.
Great location on seafront; opposite De La Warr Pavilion; well-designed and fitted-out room and, especially, bathroom; nice selection of teas etc in room; generous and tasty breakfast.
