Hotel in Bicester
Almond Tree Hotel is set within walking distance of Bicester Village, 0.6 mi from the Bicester North Train Station, 11 mi from Oxford and 19 mi from Milton Keynes. This is possibly one of the best priced hotels/B&B's in and around Bicester that has a private bathroom (because you can get cheaper rooms in other places but you've got to share the bathroom with strangers 😒😬) the check-in process was very straightforward and the room was warm and very comfortable. I'm pretty certain that they have triple glazing too because our room was opposite Bicester North train track and we didn't hear a peep. The continental breakfast was a bit of a surprise (as I honestly thought they offered a cooked one) but; the selection was really good and best of all they used decent slices of bread for toasting 🍞👍. We have already decided that if we come back to bicester we will be staying here again.

Winston Guest house is a guest house located in Bicester. All rooms boast a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The guest house also offers free WiFi and free private parking. Very quiet, had everything in the room that I wanted apart from no hairdryer but that wasn't a problem. The other guests were very quiet . Plenty of room in the car park. I didn't have breakfast but there looked as though there was plenty to offer.
Bicester
This 17th-century hotel with historic charm has a friendly pub, good-value food and free car parking. It is about 1148 feet from Bicester Town Train Station. My partner and I stayed at Kings Arms for a weekend. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is amazingly close to Bicester Village and is only a 10 minute walk away. If you want to stay for a weekend to do some shopping there, I recommend this hotel for the convenience of the location. Overall we were pleased with our short stay. Breakfast is very basic: cereal, milk, juice, coffee or tea, yogurt and toast and some fruits. We weren’t fussy about this as we were planning on eating at Bicester Village for lunch.

Located in Bicester, 21 mi from Banbury, Kings Park provides a garden and free WiFi. Everything was good we like it
Excelent overall. Very safe and hygienic. Coffee could of been better and cheese should of been included in the breakfast menu. The town centre is not far away and the village is also not too far off from there with all the designer shops . We ate at Wimpy (great choices) on our first night, and the Grays Restaurant on the 2nd night.Very easy to get around was a bit tricky using the Sat Nav especially on the way back ( take 1/2 right its left) lol. Book your treatment before you arrive . We didn't and got no cancellation so was unable to get a massage.
Bicester and its shopping village are completely different from what I remembered when the village first opened as a discount centre for some of the major retailers. Gone are the Sports Directs of this world and in came the designer brands. If the designer brands your thing then this is a paradise. If you are older as are we then Bicesters eatery pubs and restaurants will be your focus.
Got the train into Oxford spent a really good day there there are so many places close by Bicester village is well worth a visit as is Boughton On the Water down side was the weather it was awful rained but this is England
Went for the easy train commute into London & also a day at the Village Shopping Centre. Train directly into London Marylebone takes just 50 minutes & was only £28 for an off peak day return. Shopping Village stacked with both high end and medium level designer shops that offer great discounts, free parking and very friendly staff.
Lots to see Went to Bicester village. Went to the designer outlet. Great. Locals pubs, good food and staff very pleasant. Brilliant for parking the car. 2 hours free! And only £1.75 to stay extra time in the shopping mall. Lots of different shops to visit.
We went to Bicester to shop at the village shopping village which has over 150 designer shops. We stayed in the Jacob Plough pub/ hotel which was excellent. In the evening we went “down town” to the town centre where there were lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from and we had a lovely Indian meal in a restaurant hidden up an alleyway. Overall a lovely weekend away
