Set in Billingshurst, 16 mi from Guildford, Charming and luxury retreats on our farm offers a terrace and free WiFi. We had a wonderful few days at The Bothy. We honestly couldn't fault anything about our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable and extremely well equipped - perfect for our small family reunion. Sarah, Deepak and their family were super accommodating and made us feel extremely welcome (even introducing us to the new foal on the farm). We also loved the location and visited both the South Downs and Surrey Hills with ease. We're already plotting our return.
Fosters Cabin is located in a secluded location on a 16 acre farm near West Chiltington with access to a garden. Complimentary EV vehicle charging is offered. The Countryside Annexe is located in Pulborough. Located 5 miles from Pulborough Brooks RSPB Nature Reserve, the property provides a garden and free private parking. Superb accomodation, with its independent entrance, all nicely decorated with antique furniture. Friendly welcoming from the owners who provided us orange juice, milk, cereals, bread, butter for the breakfast. Quite remote location so ideal to be able to eat in the room as dining table, microwave oven and fridge within the room.
Surrounded by Sussex countryside, Random Hall is just a 10 minute drive from central Horsham. Set in a 16th-century farmhouse, the inn offers free parking, free Wi-Fi and a traditional restaurant. Lovely old character building, the room was so clean and recently refurbished. The bedding was crisp clean and fresh. The staff were really friendly, and looked after your every need. Evening meal was lovely, as was breakfast. Who didn't like warm croissants ?
Has everything you need - a choice of places of restaurants, Cinnamon the Indian was very good and Take Aways and a small Sainsburys. A great base to explore the pretty countryside and attractions
The room is so spacious with a lovely sofa to relax on & beautiful furniture. The bathroom is stunning and the kitchen area is brilliant with such a range of food/drinks you can help yourself to anytime and not only for breakfast!
There are several places to visit in or around Billingshurst. In the centre of the village we have the Six Bells Pub which serves real ale and good pub food. There is also music on a Friday evening. If it's good coffee you are after then you want to visit Whispers a great coffee shop but which does fantastic breakfasts and other food dishes. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you like looking at Churches we have St. Mary's and St. Gabriel's both with good architecture. On the outskirts if you want somewhere to stay we have a Travel Lodge and Billy's On The Road - a great place to eat Breakfast, Lunch or Tea. Sumners Ponds is lovely when the whether is good... There are a number of walking trails and if you are inclined you can fish there. Also on the outskirts are Newbridge Nurseries, and Camelia Botner both do excellent food and have shops selling all sorts of items. We have some great Boot Fairs which are further afield namely one in Rusper which is very popular. Last but not least we have the RSPB Reserve in Pulborough, which has a shop, restaurant and several trails to walk. The way around the village is to walk. Anything further afield you need to drive. Our nearest Main Town is Horsham which has all manner of shops and places to eat to suit every pocket.
