The room, the garden, the breakfast all make me so happy. They were quite busy with parties & afternoon tea, and yet we were treated like we were VIPs. We ate in the comfy chairs in a room with fireplace & lovely Tudor decor, fireplace & walls. Customer service was perfect! We previously stayed in Brentwood at this hotel in Dec & found it to be fabulous. Again this time, greatly delighted by our time here.

The Apartment is big, spacious and comfortable. The location is very close to a bus stop. And about 15 - 20 minutes to the High Street. My daughter came in and screamed "mum, this apartment is amazing"! The pictures didn't do justice to the apartment. All my friends came and said yes, it is value for money.

The space and cleanliness of the apartment
We were there for a memorial service so we didn't get time to visit the city and sightsee. Very impressed with the taxi driver as my sister lost her phone and it was handed in to the taxi office for her collection.
Everything was very clean and if you have a problem to sleep on a soft and comfortable bed then the bed in the hotel is very good for you. It is a pity I did not get much time to walk around due to my training but I have enjoy my stay.
A very relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff. The twin room was spotlessly clean. The only drawback was the retired looking bathroom, the bath panel certainly needed replacing and the evening food was not up to par. The pool was nice, but needed updating. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with a good breakfast. We would come back.
Convenient for where we had to go. The room was disappointing where the en-suite shower difficult for a 75 and 77 year old to get over the bath to have a shower. The bath mat was torn and decoration a little tired. Breakfast was extra which was also disappointing. Overall for the cost was expensive.
The staff were very polite and courteous and very helpful. The room had a no charging points for apple products ie phone and iPad and a lack of plug sockets The main bar had no draft beer so I purchased 2 bottles of 330ml of Peroni for £9 which is very expensive average pub prices would be £7
The Hotel was comfortable, reasonably priced, clean, full of character unlike many of the modern hotels, with amazing helpful staff. There was plenty of free parking spaces and easy access to motorways and the Town centre. This Hotel far exceeded our expectations & would highly recommend it to anyone.
