Hotel in Bridgwater
Holiday Inn Express Bridgwater M5, Jct24, an IHG Hotel is set in Bridgwater and features a bar. I broke down on a Sunday when the Euro finals were on, so I was stranded. The hotel staff were amazing at accomodating me to help me get breakdown recovery, find a garage to get my car towed to, they put me up for an extra night and I watched the football with all the staff. Not what I had planned but they made it memorable. Super friendly and offered me an extended check out time to deal with my car problems. Would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Bridgewater!

I booked this by accident and tried to let them know they don’t care very uncaring company they care only about money I lost over 100 dollars but just be aware this place don’t care about you stay away
It is well positioned to access the Somerset levels, and our hotel was a very comfortable base. We ate at the green olive an the Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant. Both were very good. We enjoyed two trips to the fountain inn. There were several venues we did not have time for. It was easy walking around the town
Great staff at check in. theres a car charger in lot that actually works. large room. good dinner at the attached restaurant. location is so so. nothing around hotel in the industrial park. pretty close to highway so that was good but far enough so you don't hear the passing cars. Its brand new building so nothing was broken or wrong with the room.
We attended a funeral so wasn’t much time for leisure activities. Bridgwater, like many towns, has suffered with loss of different shops and businesses. It was lovely to see that Blake gardens are still colourful though. We ate at Admiral Blake Fish Bar. Excellent!
Positive; Great room, shower, bar, resturaunt and hospitality, (staff), Small negative; the tea and coffee facility in my room was not restocked during my 4 night stay. This may have been a Covid restriction so I apologise if I may have been warned about this in advance.
The staff during my stay were lovely, however they could not produce a receipt on departure, despite numerous phone calls, unanswered calls and a huge number of unanswered emails to the hotel I still have not received my receipt, appaling service for working people
Room was at the front of the hotel, some noise from traffic was expected but actually wasn't a problem, probably as windows had internal secondary glazing. Staff throughout were wonderful, very welcoming and service was given with a smile. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide selection available to suit all diets. We also had an evening meal which was exceptional, wide selection of homemade food at reasonable prices. Well done all at the Tudor Hotel, would certainly stay here again.
didnt eat breakfast there. location was fine if you like looking at lorrys. It is pretty far from anything in that industrial park. Dinner was good. i liked the setup of the rooms. kinda like the way your are building your hotels now if this is how they will look.Your charger in the parking lot worked too which is great. i needed a charger that's why i chose to stay there
Clean, comfy room in Hotel with pretty garden to sit and have a drink in. Dog friendly with excellent restaurant for an evening meal as well as tasty breakfast. Liked the history of the building. Cosy lounge to have coffee or drink after dinner. Third time here did not disappoint !

We received the most amazing customer service from al the members of staff but especially the manager of the hotel and pub! A massive asset to the business. Thank you so much for the upgrade.
A great price for a comfortable room in central Bridgwater. Very helpful and courteous staff. Very close to the town centre (although we only made it over the road to the curry house).
The hotel is very clean and user friendly The staff are friendly and approachable The food is the big plus - great menu and lovely dining room Great breakfast selection too
A nice little hotel with pleasant bedroom, clean, good ambience. Road very quiet at night. Nothing to dislike. Owner was friendly. very nice grounds and bar area.
Staff were extremely professional and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Would stay again if I was ever in Bridgewater again.
Hotel was better than expected, photos on booking.com need updating as they are not a good representation of current state of hotel.

New hotel in very centre of Bridgewater. Lovely owner, going out of his way to please.
Bridgwater
The setting. The rooms are off the beer garden and shielded by plants so very private. Even had a hedgehog visitor. The food I had was excellent including the breakfast. It seemed a very popular venue for young and old alike. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the area was very peaceful.
