Everything from location to a beautifully restored home with great facilities. The owners are truly lovely people. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was hot and delicious. The view over parkland filled with horses was amazing.

Everything was great. Happily accommodated my touring bicycle. Very nice room—super clean and quiet and comfortable. Excellent light blocking (a rarity) shades/curtains. Very good breakfast. A blissful rest. Many thanks.

The location was good, being near to the castle, the cathedral, the Museum of Lincolnshire Life and a nice park with a lovely garden called the Dawber garden. It was easy to access the room with the instructions given as there were no staff on duty for the time of my stay. The room was cosy and nicely decorated. I appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge. The bathroom was clean and modern. The view was out to the street but that wasn't a problem and the street was quiet. I would definitely stay here again but next time i will time my visit with an opportunity to try the restaurant
