Overlooking the Bude Canal and just minutes from the sandy beaches of the west Cornish coast, The Falcon Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Service, facilities, style, restaurant, comfort. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Loved seeing dogs catered for. Food was excellent.

The Widemouth Manor is a warm friendly pub/ hotel and looks out over the sandy bay which is famous for its surfing. Just off the A39, access to Devon and Cornwall could not be better. Beautiful location and lovely hotel with a bar and restaurant.

Bude is lovely and relatively unspoiled. The parking is reasonable, unlike Devon where they seem to think they can charge what they like. The sea pool at Bude is a real bonus and the town has retained its charm. Great walks along Coastal Path

We’ve been visiting Bude for the past 20 years.
We’ve been visiting Bude for the past 20 years. It’s a welcoming, bustling seaside town with dog friendly beaches. There are surf schools and water activities and plenty of things for children to go. Close to the delights of Clovelly, Bodcsdtle snd Psdstow it is ideally situated and makes for a relaxing destination. The walk along the canal to Marhamchurch is incredible.

Bude is a lovely location in its own right Great shopping provisions sainsburys lidl morrisons.... But didn't feel like a busy town. Electric bakery delicious 😋 Canal for cycling Beach Crooklets Bay is perfect. Bude is also a great base to travel easily to other places would go again

Bude is a beautiful place to stay! The breakfasts at The Falcon were amazing, but I wouldn’t recommend eating the evening meals there. The Olive Tree is a great restaurant. Fabulous vista, and marvellous walks.

Beautiful town with all amenities. Nice beach and very clean location. Friendly people and had a very good experience. Beautiful beaches nearby (Widemouth bay, SandayBay beach etc...) We had Cornish Pasty and Traditional Cornish Icecream and they both were excellent.

Coastal walks with lovely views easily accessible from Bude. Shopping - a really good variety of shops both for food and clothing etc. Swimming pool on beach a really good asset if the waves are not to your liking. Surfing to watch or do! Easy access to a huge variety of places to visit within driving distance.

Breakfasts lovely, great choice, the rooms are lovely and comfortable and location is great for accessing everything Bude has to offer. We paid for parking at the Pay and Stay Car Park across the road which was £7 a day, as the restricted park outside the hotel was a little busy. John and Anita were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. John even gave my son a little surfing advice and pointed him in the right direction with regards to board hire. Will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you for taking care of us.

Great place to stay for one or more nights in Bude, as besides comfortable en suite rooms and full breakfast cooked to order, the hotel has a fantastic casual dining restaurant operating in the evening. It is usually fully booked and fully deserves to be - it will be my first choice to stay in North east Cornwall from now on, either for work or a short break to relax and enjoy the beautiful coastline. The coast path virtually passes the front door of the property!

It was basic and comfortable with an excellent shower. The hotel is clean and reassuring Covid measures are in place. The breakfast was very nice and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. We would recommend, excellent value for money.... we really like Bude and will be back!

We really enjoyed our two night stay , we had room 7 with a balcony and view of the beach , the food at breakfast was really nice , theres a Sainsbury’s supermarket at the back of the hotel which is accessed through the rear of the hotel , very handy for a nice bottle of vino to enjoy on our balcony , the centre of Bude is just a short walk, we just wished we could have stayed longer The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful

Me and my husband stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon from 28th June 2021. On arrival in our room we had flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. We had a lovely stay, hotel was lovely and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We had clean room everyday and we love bude and going to different places, seeing the beach. We would definitely come back! :)
