We visited Burnley purely due to the movie Bank of Dave (we like to visit filming locations). Very easy to get around. It was a friendly welcoming place regardless of where we went. The people were more than happy to pass the time of day with us. We stayed at Hustwood Hall, it was picturesque, such a beautiful place to stay, so comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed for a night away. Burnley and surrounding area was not particularly what I hasd hoped for , it seemed to be very "run down" , actually decideded to leave Burnley and headed to Skipton , a much more visitor friendly experience.
