Great if you have a dog. They are allowed everywhere. Staff lovely. Breakfast good. Evening meal average - just above - also expensive. It is an old INN - plumbing Inman house an issue. Shower was sword of Damocles! Froze or boiled ! Stayed over New Year. Hugely over priced at £200 plus per room with B and B. We enjoyed our stay and spent more time inside than anticipated due to the weather but it was very pleasant and homely. It gave us chance to enjoy the company of our Isle of Man family. Burnsall is very compact with lovely pubs with good meals. very picturesque and perfect for walkers ,there green is beautiful and well maintained having a tea room and an ice cream parlour there. the river is clean with water falls and ducks. A delightful, picturesque little village with walks along...
A delightful, picturesque little village with walks along the river to either Grassington or Appletreewick. There is a large car park which probably gets very busy in the holiday season. Although there are limited facilities in the village itself, it is a great centre to explore the surrounding countryside. The Red Lion, in the centre of the village, serves drinks, bar meals and has a formal restaurant for evening meals, which I can recommend highly.Guest review byAdrianUnited Kingdom

We ate in the restaurant on our first night - the food was amazing, neither me or my partner could remember enjoying a meal as much in a while (although quite pricey!). Room very comfortable with very well stocked beverage tray. We slept amazingly and felt very well looked after the whole weekend. Staff all friendly and happy to help.
