The amazing and friendly staff, perfect location, clean and with amazing food selection, with great quality and price, you have to try their food menu for lunch, the breakfast was wonderful with a good range of food to be selected, you can always ask for additional items on your plate, the rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable and huge, the toilet shower was lovely and clean.

The location close to Heathrow airport was essential for us and did not disappoint. Our room was very comfortable, clean and updated with plenty of tea and coffee packets for preparing these beverages in room. Sky TV available in our room was great. The location beside the Thames River enhanced our enjoyment of the delicious lunch served on the patio.

We arrived very late at night after a cancelled flight and were treated very well and the manager went out of his way for us, giving us a late check out and really looked after us. The property is also beautiful and the room is luxurious and so clean and looked after
