Accessible rooms in my experiance are for people with limited movement, the elderly and people with disabilities. NOT just being able to get to the room. I was compensated because of all the problems I had, and the staff were very helpful when we had to move rooms. I would not stay in the Hotel again, and certainly not recommend to my elderly friends.

There is so much to do and see in Cheltenham from parks (Pittville Park is great, do their Parkrun if you get a chance), to attractions, to theatres, to shopping and some great places to eat that are not franchises.

I ate at The Ivy and it was lovely, staff very nice and food also. Park areas really clean and relaxing, Pitville park, Lansdown park and Imperial Gardens. Every thing in walking distance, shops, train station, eating and drinking. Montpelier a lovely place to live and stay.

I went to Cheltenham for the Ukuelel Fest of Grt Britain.

I went to Cheltenham for the Ukuelel Fest of Grt Britain. It was the 1st time I've been there. Lovey city/town. Nicest one I've visited for some years, including those abroad. Restored my faith in GB again. This Festival hopes to be back again in 2025. Will go back. It was a wonderful w/e and we were lucky with the weather, able to walk around a lot. Stayed in a restored Georgian Cresent house added to the flavour. Apart from not getting much sleep I'd recomend to others - especially those that want the experience the best of Britain. I eat at Weatherspoons cos its always good value (but cook was not the best!) also at Prizza which was very good & a pub burger & beer - dont remember which one ATM. Also nice traditional very friendly helpful landlord. Serving food out of hours. Ukuele Festival of Grt Britain at the town hall was fabulous. Spledid building and a wonderful experience. I will be back.

Pleasant, Regency spa town. A bit like Harrogate or York. Interesting history and lots to do. Felt safe and family-friendly. 131 The Promenade restaurant served the best roast beef Sunday lunch I've ever had! Pricey, but worth it. Barbara Hepworth sculptures on Cheltenham House worth a view.

Regular visitors to Cheltenham.Lovely Town plenty to see and do! Eat out at the Ivy but watch out for the service charge.A bit naughty but nothing changes there! Also Wetherspoons Mill on the Water on Bath Road.Good value but to eat outside you risk the smell of the ciggy smokers! Cheltenham College super spot for the cricket festival this year 30/06 to 14/07. Recommend the number 10 bus every 15 mins from the centre to Gloucester, panoramic views from the top deck!

I liked all aspects of our stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were large comfortable and clean, breakfasts were very good albeit limited on the hot food front and the limited menu for our evening meal was perfectly fine. The location was great with very easy walking access to bars, restaurants, shops and parks. There is so much to do and see in Cheltenham town centre.

Great location, an easy walk to the town centre. Parked nearby. Very well equipped and spacious apartment with outdoor seating in the sun. Especially pleased to find good selection of fruit, cereals, coffee pods etc including croissants, milk and orange on our arrival. A great find and we plan to stay again next time we visit Cheltenham.

Simple budget hotel - clean room, decent bed and good shower. Friendly staff on check-in. Good town centre location off the inner ring road with decent pubs around the corner, slightly further down the High Street. Did the job for a one-night stay and did it well.
