Located in Hay-on-Wye in the Powys region, with Hay Castle nearby, Glanwye has accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. There's a seating and/or dining area in some units. Fantastic hosts and accommodation. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the accommodation and I csn’t recommend it enough.
Located in rural Herefordshire and less than a mile from the Welsh border, New Inn Brilley is an 18th Century stone house set among extensive grounds, which feature a stream. Beautiful property, we had the shepherd's hut which was very comfortable and warm, the views were amazing and having a bath under the stars was sublime. Location is brilliant with short drive to border with beautiful villages and pubs in the surrounding areas. Host is amazing and has the most beautiful dog!
Located in Hay-on-Wye, The Smithy offers accommodations with a patio or a balcony, free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as a shared lounge and a garden. This was our second stay and again it exceeded our expectations. A very quite and scenic outlook with a breakfast that is fantastic. All within easy reach of one of the most beautiful town and districts.

Very comfortable cottage and central to Hay-on-Wye so we were close to all amenities and able to go back to the room to chill at any time! Just perfect.
Hay Retreats Number 24, 25 and 26 are located in Hay-on-Wye and offers free WiFi in all areas. The contemporary townhouses overlook the River Wye and has free on-site parking. Clifford is perfectly unspoilt with stunning views to be soaked up whilst strolling through the windy lanes. Hay is a must-see also, especially for book-lovers and delicious home-cooked food available from many different outlets.
My wife and I stayed at The Smithy in Clifford as we were visiting Hay-On-Wye for the weekend as a birthday treat for my wife (she's a huge book fan). We loved the location, lovely countryside in the Wye Valley, Clifford itself is only 3 miles from Hay so quite useful to have a car if popping into town, I'm not sure about local bus services. We mostly spent the day in Hay-On-Wye, dining out at the Red Indigo Indian restaurant which I can recommend having great food at reasonable prices (although a lot of Hay's dining establishments are on the expensive side as it's obviously targeting tourists).
Fantastic place within 5 minutes drive from hay on wye. Extremely attentive and kind hosts who recommended us the Griffin pub ( I could never thank them enough for that). We loved the devour of the rooms, the superb views and all the little special touches, such as for instance home made bread. Great place!
