The Madame of the house Joan was really friendly and tried to make it most comfortable for us. It was also child-friendly, the room was very nice and the beds were comfortable, too. We'd liked the breakfast and we could arrived fast a lot of nice Sightseeing-places from Corelaine. Thank you, Joan!
Boasting a garden, Oaklands is situated in a rural setting just outside Coleraine, 5 km from Mountsandel Fort. Free WiFi and a shared lounge are provided. We decided to stay at Oaklands because it was near Dunluce Castle and Giant's Causeway. It's a beautiful little B&B with a wonderful host named Karen. Our room was lovely and we had a private bathroom at the end of the hall. I've never stayed in a B&B that had such a huge bathroom! It was all very nicely tiled, had a free-standing tub and a shower! Karen was an excellent cook and my husband loved the smoked salmon she offered for breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Dromore House - Historic Country House is situated on private grounds, 7 km from Coleraine, and 18 km from Portrush on the Wild Atlantic Way. Beautiful house and garden. Warm welcome and very friendly hosts. We loved it!

Lovley place to visit, beautifull landscapes and very clean.People are very friendly and welcoming.lots of tourist attractions to see.Coleraine is a great place for game of throne fans like myself and my husbond,The dark hedge's is a must see, also take the causeway coastal route for some sea air,and amazing photo oppertunities.
Coleraine is a small town in a central location for all of the north coast of Northern Ireland with all its sights. The beaches are lovely and there is so much to do. The town has a good range of shops for a rainy day and it is easy to get around with the ring road. The town is not too large so easy to find one's way around quickly.
The town of Coleraine lacked any great atmosphere in the pre Xmas period. The hotel was I thought good value for money and perfectly adequate for a short stay. - The food was above average and did not disappoint. A good place to stay if visiting Portstewart or Portrush which are quite nearby,
My trip me to the University for a meeting Found that interesting with may I add a great bunch of students eager to learn and help in any way they could I love the cliff walk between Portstewart and Portrush which is close by also good shopping area with a really good store on ringroad for ids and ends at Rick bottom prices great
Very clean and tidy town. No litter. Variety of shops including a delicatessen that has lots of delicious gluten free foods fresh & frozen. Few miles from lots of beaches and Giants Causeway. One hour to Belfast or Londonderry, Ferry from Magilligan to Donegal. Go from Coleraine along beautiful coastal drive that also takes in some of the places used for scenes used in game of thrones series.
We had a lovely trip! We did the Causeway coastal drive starting from Mussenden Temple and ended at Glenariff Forest Park, and visited Carrickfergus Castle on our way home. It was breathtaking, so many beautiful sights and for the most part is free! I’d recommend visiting the Giants Causeway after opening hours in the evening as you can just park at the hotel and walk down 15mins to see it, it’s nice but not worth £11.50 each, and Dunluce Castle is an incredible view if you pull in on side of the road best place to get pics of it! Ballintoy harbour is incredible we spent about 2 hours exploring there!

Oldie worldy vibes! The place oozes charm, and there are many fireplaces to snuggle up to and enjoy a beer or a coffee. The breakfast was superb and fresh, I could barely walk afterwards. The staff are friendly and helpful. Taxi into town is about a fiver or so. They are slowly making modernisations to the place, I hope they don't overdo it! As with most places I travel to, I'm never sure what to expect accommodation-wise, I hit the jackpot with this place though. Book it, I promise you won't regret it.

This place was absolutely brilliant. It was spotless, so comfortable and very well presented . The owner was helpful and friendly. The place was quality and so was the breakfast , the sauages were lovely not cheap ones like I have had at previous places. Will definitely be booking again when Im back up that way. Its definitely worth the money as I paid more for a different hotel in the city the previous week and it was no where near the quality as Oaklands.

Facilities were of a very high order indeed and the space considerable (and great as a result). Owners were very welcoming, expansive with their knowledge and extremely keen to ensure a very pleasant stay. The location in Coleraine was first rate for access to the sights of the Antrim coast and the setting well away fro traffic noise
