It was in a remote area, but was very welcoming. The surrounding area was very scenic as is most of Northern Ireland. The actual accomodation is about 12 miles from Coleraine, but its location makes all areas of N.I within easy reach. Best option would be a one day travelcard, which allows travel on all trains and buses operated by Translink. If this is not an option you will need a car to get around. Present price for travelcard is £20. Eating out is not too expensive, various pubs and resturants offer meals around £15-£20. AND THEY ARE LOVELY.Guest review byAnthonyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I loved Coleraine. I was at university here many years ago. I have always had a fondness for the town and its people. They are always friendly. As a group travelling on motorbikes, we chose the Riverside hotel basically for its central location, plenty of parking spaces ,CC TV and 24 hr reception , easy access to Causeway coastal route and the complete Antrim coastline, the Riverside hotel was perfect, and highly recommended for this type of trip,Guest review byPeterUnited Kingdom
