Had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse. In a perfect location. The place was warm and homely.
All the bedding was clean and fresh. Comfortable beds, apart from one (My teenage son said it was fine!!) Most were memory foam.
Kitchen was lovely. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cookware.
T.V had Netflix, Amazon etc. You just need to sign in.
Keybox was very easy to use.
Family of 11. Varying ages. All said they had a great time.

Comer is a quintessential English seaside town, it was just a 20 minute walk from the Corner country club where we stayed. The end of the pier show is a must do in the summer. Lovely beach, a few fish & chip shops and plenty of cafes.

The pier is lovely.
The pier is lovely. We enjoyed a beer in the sheltered area as the sun was setting. There is also a end of pier show which we have seen previously and enjoyed as good old fashioned family fun. Lots of pubs and restaurants but at peak times its worth booking ahead. The beach is nice and sandy particularly at low tide with a gentle slope. We have now visited 3 times as we like the atmosphere and the cliff top walk

Very much changed since my last visit of 30 years ago.
Very much changed since my last visit of 30 years ago. Still pleasant along the coast walk and the pier. Quite steep slopes but accessible for those with mobility issues like me, but the promenade has plenty of little places to eat or to get coffee from.
Car parking is not cheap even disabled drivers have to pay.
Shops were not as good as in Sheringham which is a few stops down the rail line with regular trains even on a Sunday. Not all shops take card they want cash.
Had fish and chips on the sea front and ate at local cafes which were excellent.
A Brewery pub close to the station was great for those beer drinkers who like to try craft beers and different wines.
For a long weekend it was enough.

A fabulous, attractive and traditional British seaside town and with much more class than many. Lovely and varied shops and cafes and huge sandy beaches. Close to Sheringham. Plenty to do in the area.

Cromer had a good selection of shops and places to eat.
Cromer had a good selection of shops and places to eat. Car parking was good but very busy even early in the day. There is steps or a slope down to the pier and beach from the town. It may be difficult for people with limited mobility. There are a few seating areas along the promenade which was useful. The coastal path to Overstrand is very picturesque but is uphill in places. There is plenty of seating along the way. It is possible to get to the lighthouse but the track is uneven and maybe a challenge. It is a good place to visit though.
The location was excellent. This stay was an 80th birthday present from my daughter and was much enjoyed. I had read mixed reviews about the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. I used to live in Cromer and it was great to be back for a visit.
Good clean accommodation, with minimal staffing, hotel was left unmanned for long periods. Entry to hotel via PIN on front door and key entry to room. Free car parking for residents. Hotel located close to centre of Cromer, so everywhere was walkable.
Very well equipped hotel, with great bar, restaurant, pool & darts and outside seating/dining area. All with a brilliant view over the sea, with only a 5m walk to beach and drive to central Cromer.
Yet again another wonderful visit to The Red Lion Hotel, fantastic large room and great view of the sea. Staff were brilliant and the food was wonderful as usual👌👍
