The view could never be bettered as amazing view of the harbour in Portree and all the mountains etc. proximity to Portree excellent if you don’t have a vehicle. Little beach at the bottom of a lane. Food top notch. Service beyond great. Check in very professional and friendly. We have been to this hotel numerous times over the past 24 years. Wonderful. Lots to do on Skye. Book ahead as very busy.

The cottages are super cute and cozy! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They work really hard and it shows. The kitchen made me a vegetarian dish to accommodate a food allergy which was amazing. Dan in the bar makes some great cocktails. Not only is he knowledgeable about scotch, he makes the best amaretto sours I’ve ever had.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and made us up a take away continental breakfast for our early morning departure. The Chargrill restaurant provided a brilliant meal and wine choice and the lounge and out door garden area provide relaxed areas to sit and enjoy a quiet moment.
