We had a fantastic stay! Arjun is an absolute gem—he went above and beyond to assist us, from recommending great restaurants to managing our late check-out request. The room was spacious and equipped with all the essential amenities we needed. The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from the ferry station. Overall, a solid 10/10 for the staff and their flexibility in understanding and accommodating guests’ needs. Highly recommended!

The room was well furnished and comfortable and as clean as can be. Not to mention the wonderful view of Douglas Bay and the promenade and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The room and bed were very comfortable and the location was great. We brought our car with us and street parking was plentiful and free. The hosts were wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The place was very easy to find,just past "Spar" if your coming from the ferry-side. My key was sitting there waiting for me on my arrival which i thought was a very practical and efficient way of doing things. I found my room to be better than expected and everything worked and was very cozy and CLEAN. The manager called up to confirm my breakfast time and she seemed very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to be able to engage with this lady again who i found out was from Hong Kong. while having breakfast the next morning and she was very helpful and so nice i almost didn't want to leave. You will be in good hands if you stay at the Caledonia,you'l have a really nice,informative,helpful Hong Kong host,a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in a really good location. The seafront Ellan Vannin Hotel overlooks Douglas Bay and Douglas Beach. The hotel is 1 minutes’ walk from the beach and within 5 minutes’ walk of the ferry terminal and bus station.

I believe we had THE best room in Douglas. Giant room centrally located on the promenade with Tower of Refuge as our view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots to do within walking distance. I honestly wish I was back there now and not in claustrophobic Dublin.
