I had such a lovely experience at The Ampersand Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—truly going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of South Kensington, close to everything but still peaceful. Everything about my stay felt thoughtfully curated and elegant. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Out of all of our beautiful stays on our trip to Scotland, this one was our favorite. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning and enjoyed our tea with a view right from our room. Our hosts were so kind and offered history and suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. The walk into town was short and scenic! We loved meeting Alex & Alan’s dog Oatie too!
