This is a beautiful, family run boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very attentive, personable and professional. The service is amazing. The hotel has a lovely bar area with a lovely outdoor terrace and beer garden.

Immediately upon arrival until departure, the staff was welcoming and friendly. It felt as if they offered me a safe haven from the chaos the moment I met them. This was the BEST place I stayed at on my 4 week holiday! I definitely recommend No32 to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

The place is very clean and only 5-10mins walking distance to the airport, very good for those need to take early flight. The nearby bus stop to take the airport bus the city is very convenience and it cost only 5.5 pounds. The room is nice, modern and clean. The staff allowed early check-in before 12 noon when there is room available is very helpful to us.
