Restaurant and staff were fantastic. Hotel is very historic, but updated. Room was excellent, bathroom nice size, bed very comfortable.

We missed our flight connection at Heathrow and quite by luck found The Swan. Omg what a find. It was sooo beautiful in this 17th century inn on the river and literally a 20 min bus ride to Heathrow. Their Fish and Chips in the restaurant is world class and the selection of beers was outstanding. Amazing room overlong the Thames. You cannot beat this place
