Location on industrial estate but it was quiet and away from traffic. Everything from reception to the room was first class - a generous size double bedroom which was comfortable and very clean. Although there is no bar or restaurant it wasn't a problem - they did have take away food menus available if you wished to get food delivered and they also have a kitchen area for use by guests with microwave and fridge etc..
I was made to feel welcome by the staff and they were very helpful. Also it is just a goal kick away from Falkirk Football Club !!

I did not like it at all. Breakfast was horrible, the place is horrible, bad cleaning, dirty carpet, bad old decoration... internet was very slow impossible to connect to anything. Wont recommend it at al.
Very good train connection from Edinburgh. Because we had limited time to visit the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel we used Bruce taxis which were excellent and not too expensive.
It looked an interesting place and would have liked to have seen a bit more of Falkirk and the surrounding area.

Great town; we actually visited twice this trip.
Great town; we actually visited twice this trip. Friendly, helpful townsfolk. A stop to see the Kelpies was recommended by staff at the Pullman Hotel in Liverpool. While there, we met Steve in the gift shop who told us about a great laundromat in town. Once our wash was was done, we ventured on to Fort William and beyond…The Wheatsheaf Pub is a great place to knock back a few with area locals and pups.

I live in Falkirk and rented this property for my daughter,...
I live in Falkirk and rented this property for my daughter, There are the newer attractions near by, Kelpies, Falkirk wheel etc yet the town stretches back through history for a few thousand years, 2000 years ago it was the northern most frontier of the Roman empire, The antonine wall is a World Heritage site and runs through the town. The resting place of William Wallace best friend is a little churchyard in the centre of town, where other leaders from "The battle of Falkirk" in 1298 are laid to rest and is a 15 minute journey from Stirling where the Wallace monument and Stirling castle are. For people wanting to see the cities, Falkirk is about equal distance from both Glasgow and Edinburgh with trains that run all day, public transport is great for getting around the main places, though a car would be needed to explore the not so main places that said, most of those are only an hour or two drive away from Falkirk so its a great place to plan a tour of Scotland, or a short term stay, you avoid the bigger tourist places and the bigger tourist prices but get the exact same experience.

Loved the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel.
Loved the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel. Great for family tripsThey also had the cleanest, friendliest McDonald's we have ever been to! We also visited a lovely Italian restaurant called Chianti's which I'd highly recommend.
Everything! The location was good, close to town and the train stations. The staff were lovely. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. The food was delicious and the portions generous. I highly recommend the Park Hotel.
Wonderful basic hotel for a short stay. Staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
Great place to stay if visiting the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel, also short drive to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
