Located only 4 minutes' walk from Central Retail Park and multiple restaurants, these modern apartments are in the heart of Falkirk. I can honestly say I liked everything about this place. We rented two apartments. Both were nicely updated, and well appointed, but the upstairs 2-bedroom blew us away. The reviews for Carmel Apartments were great, but our experience exceeded our expectations. The location was an easy walk to shopping, food and the Falkirk Grahamston rail station. Falkirk is centrally located, so it is an easy train ride to Edinburgh, Stirling, or Glasgow. They had a small office on site that answered any questions we had, and also assisted in storing our bags until check in.

Located within landscaped gardens, 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport, The Grange Manor offers free parking and free WiFi. Didn't expect big hotel-like room and bath, very quiet, clean and seemed refurbished recently. Place to eat dinner right adjoining the parking lot.

The Falkirk Wheel is very impressive but make sure you book your boat trip well in advance as these sell out. The wheel is easily reached by the frequent no 3 bus from Falkirk centre. The 3 apparently goes somewhere near the Kelpies on the other side of town making it easy to do both in a day.
Falkirk is an ideal location for Central Scotland and cheaper to stay than either Edinburgh or Glasgow. It is also a destination itself for The Falkirk Wheel and The Kelpies SanAm a great Indian restaurant Good signposted walks around the Union Canal
The Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies are both worth a visit although the Falkirk she'll has been turned into an amusement area rather than a celebration of good engineering. Falkirk is close enough to Edinburgh where we made visits to the Royal Yacht Britannia (excellent) and the Rosslyn Chapel (interesting)
The Falkirk Wheel was very close and as that was what we had come to see it was great. We went back 3 times in our 4 night stay. We did not go into Falkirk itself because there were so many things we were interested in the local area for us to visit. It was perfect for us
Falkirk is a great location bang in the centre of Scotland. I use it regularly for business trips as I can access Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling etc really easily. It's a great venue for local attractions too, The Kelpies, Callendar House, Falkirk Wheel etc
Usually stay at the Premier Inn round the corner when I come up here. Tried a different hotel this time, pleasantly surprised! A lot quieter, price was about the same but breakfast was include, which it isn't at the other place. Really nice hotel.

Rosie and her Husband Peter (and the 2 gorgeous Irish Setters) were excellent hosts and provided a welcome stay in their home. The accommodation was very reasonable we felt we got a lot for our money. We shared a twin room with private bathroom and sitting area which were full of little personal touches we loved, giving the place a very homey feel. The house was spotless but felt lived in which is something we often miss when we stay in other B+Bs and hotels. The breakfast was delicious, a really good start to our day, definitely recommended.

The owners were incredibly kind and gracious and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. This is a fantastic serviced department with anything you could want. Just five blocks from the train station. Only a few blocks to grocery stores and restaurants around the area. Easy to bus to the Falkirk wheel and The Kelpies. Clean, bright, spacious, and modern facilities.

Where to start? This is not your normal Hotel or B&B. Great building with lots of history. Wonderful hosts, who are very welcoming and happy to help. With an open fire in each room, a personal approach from Lady Jane, expect a unique experience from your stay. Dogs are welcome. I will make sure I stay again on my next trip to Scotland.

Comfortable beds, convenient restaurant and sports facilities. Quiet location, nice products in bathrooms. Staff all very pleasant and helpful in both restaurant and hotel. Rooms were a good temperature despite no heating/AC controls. Got a really good price on it for one night that was about 40% off the 'full' price.

A lovely, clean and well equipped cabin. The hot tub was an added bonus and sitting outside at a fire in December was lovely. Nice to get a day out at Falkirk Wheel and The Kelpies. Plenty of things to do in area. Would definitely return.

The apartment was very clean and easily fit my party of 3. Great sitting area. For being on a main street, it was surprisingly very quiet. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again if I'm in the area.
