The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The common areas were equally impressive, with a serene ambiance that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Comfort is another area where the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh truly excels. Every detail, from the quality of the bedding to the layout of the room, has been carefully considered to create an inviting and restful environment. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay, which is exactly what I look for in a hotel. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh. The staff, facilities and comfort were all exceptional, with the staff being the highlight of my stay. I had the most interaction with staff member Raul. He is a great person and his attention and service put my Edinburgh experience over the top. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. They went out of their way to make my sister's birthday extra special.

I accidentally paid twice & didn’t notice. When I was checking out they pointed that out themselves and made sure I got the refund. Love it! The staff is great, the room is nice and warm, location is 15-20 minutes walk to the main attractions.

The Raeburn was a beautiful, clean, spacious and excellent value hotel. The service was kind, the food amazing and the best hotel of all nine hotels we stayed in during our three week trip to Europe. The staff helped us with a cell phone charging issue and went beyond what was expected. Bravo Raeburn Hotel!
