United StatesJimmy, Ross,Mona and Alex are a great team that take real pride in the hostel. Friendly with each other and the guests they keep the place clean and spotless. Very responsive to any concerns and look to resolve immediately. I had a lovely stay in ilfracombe and felt very comfortable at the hostel. I really recommend a visit. Great place. .
