The location was excellent. We had a great view of the sea front. We were in Great Yarmouth for Wheels Fest and we saw lots of cars drive past our room on Sunday morning. Staff were really friendly. My kids particularly liked the spiral staircase. Plenty of tea & coffee in room. Room was very spacious.

Quirky building right on the sea front so you can enjoy a pleasant stroll on the beach. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast was included in the price. They were able to cater to vegans too. We had the family suite so 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a small corridor area. The new owner has big plans for the place so we will be happy to come again and see how it looks.

The room was shabby wall paper hanging off the wall, fridge was filthy outside, and in side no shelfs on the door. One pillow per side of the bed so thin and made it very uncomfortable alone with the bed which was like a rock. We were in the building next door via a sky walk. On trying to get out via the stairs we found the emergency door boarded up, so no exit to the street only back the way we came. Should there have been a fire guests would be in great danger. So being disabled felt unsafe to stay, so left for home very annoyed and upset. Please don't stay there if you value your safety

Grimy side streets full of drunken youths.
Grimy side streets full of drunken youths. Old rundown feeling to the buildings. Beach is clean and attractive but hardly any facilities and was dead on a Saturday afternoon in June. Not good vibes. No fun and expensive. Would not recommend and will never return.

A great holiday town.
A great holiday town. Many amusements & of course, the Pleasure Beach. Lots of souvenir shops and the main shopping area is within easy reach. Many different eating options from the usual take-aways, fish & chips etc. but also pub & restaurant dining too. The town & seafront was clean, with very little litter and we felt safe by day & after dark.

Whole hotel was nice and warm . View of seafront was nice and the location was good both for Great Yarmouth and seeing things in the area . Wi-Fi worked well . Tea and coffee in room . Good value for money compared to other places .
The facilities were great for what I needed, right on top of the seafront and nr the main street only a short walk away, check in was super easy as everything was all sorted for my arrival, the room was clean and the en suite bathroom was nice and clean, the hotel was nice and quiet and I had a great nights sleep, Will definatly be staying here again, until next time I thankyou for a very pleasent stay 5*****
the hotel was right on the seafront. Good value for money. The staff where friendly and helpful. The sea view from the room was lovely. It’s an old building and I think some work has been done, the carpets throughout the hallways where very comfortable.
Apartment was right in the middle of the seafront, was spacious enough for all of us, much preferable to a shared hotel room and better value for money
