The hotel was located close to alot of amenities, and it was walking distance to the tram. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Another plus was that the rooms were exceptionally clean and well kept.

We stayed there overnight before our flight from Manchester Airport. We arrived quite late, around 7:00 PM, from London but were given details for check-in, which was very easy. The hotel is very good value for money. When we arrived at hotel, Leda Cristina (hospitality professional) was so welcoming. We really appreciate the effort she made to make our stay so comfortable and answer all our queries at any time. She gave us all the required details and helped us to shift our heavy luggage to the room. The room was very clean and bright, the bathroom too - the shower was excellent!! The wifi speed was ready good. We wanted to do some shopping on the next day in the Manchester city centre, so we opted for a nearby tram station called Peel Hall (around 15 mins by walk) which provides a nice and cheaper connectivity from this hotel to the airport or to Manchester city centre. A taxi for 5:30 PM was nicely arranged by the Cristina. I would definitely recommend this place for a pre or post airport stopover.

Fantastic stay lovely hotel staff exceptionallly professional very easy to deal with and gave great information right from my first interaction at reception it was a pleasure and that despite the hotel being full on a bank holiday weekend in the sun. They made sure to deal with everyone promptly and politely and that atmosphere transfered onto all of us other side of counter... Also I was back late one night and a staff member cleverly told me where I could park n remain out of way excellent at 2am .... thank you all v much.

A short taxi (Lynx) from the airport. All you need for an overnight stay for an early flight minus the chaos of an “Airport Hotel”. Beds were comfy and there were tea and coffee options in the room. The grounds are well taken care of as was the room.
