Lovely, comfortable relaxing quiet place to stay. The annexe is done out beautifully, exceptionally clean, with all the creature comforts. If you want to stay near the coast without the hassle of hotel check in/out's, NCP carparks or on street parking etc, i would choose here everytime. We will definitely be returning again. It really is a little gem of a place for a peaceful stay.

The apartment itself and the location were perfect as was the communication with the host. The free car parking is a real bonus. It’s easy to find, if you miss it you just drive one more circle. It’s only a one minute walk from the apartment, The space is a little tight, but definitely doable if you follow the host’s instructions.

We loved the location, very easy to take the bus everywhere from here, very easy to walk by the Sea. The apartment was lovely and quiet, very well appointed. Richard gave us a friendly warm welcome and lots of great insider info about what to see during our visit. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for a longer time!

    It was a quaint little cottage in a lovely area near Ditchling village and the Beacon. The cottage was well equipped, clean and comfy. We didn't see anything of our hosts, but telephone calls and messages showed that they did care about our comfort whilst staying in the property.
