The property was good value. When I booked I didn't realise it was a room in a flat that someone is living in (my fault), however, Ali is a nice guy and his dog is very friendly. The apartment itself is very well appointed but you are definately living in someone elses home. For the price though it was good and near the airport.

    To be honest, we didn’t come across anything in Hayes that we were particularly interested in visiting. It mainly served as a base for getting into central London or heading to the airport. We didn’t eat out in Hayes — nothing really appealed to us, so we opted to wait until we were elsewhere. There are plenty of frequent bus routes, and the train station connects easily to central London and Heathrow. There weren’t any standout activities for couples. In our case, the highlight was catching the train out to explore other parts of London.

    The room was decent, spacious.

    The room was decent, spacious. It is a part of the family house, although we never saw any other people. Bathroom is down the hall, and not an integral part of the room. In the room there was a fridge, kettle and microwave, as well as dining table, iron and electric heater. Bed is spacious and comfy. The most annoying thing was that there's no sink in the room, so you have to go down the hall to pour the water and wash the dishes. Public transportation is nearby (bus to the underground station is right across the street, and if you don't mind some walking, Hayes & Harlington underground station is about 15 minutes walk to the west. Also, LIdl and Tesco are about 10 minutes walk to the east.

    The hotel was so nice , friendly & helpful staff, very clean with nice restaurant only thing is far from central of London about one hour, you have to catch bus to go to Hayes metro station otherwise take Uber which cost around 30£ one way, I do recommend whoever visits London

    This shouldn’t be considered a hotel !

    This shouldn’t be considered a hotel ! Extremely poor amenities and very dirty. When I arrived even my bin wasn’t changed. The shower was awful so old and toilet full of mold. Booked with booking.com and I am extremely disappointed how are they promoting this fake hotel that’s nothing like the pictures. My recommendation is stay sleeping in the airport instead at least the toilet is very clean.

    Everything went extremely well.

    Everything went extremely well. It was easy to find with parking on-site, friendly staff, clean cosy room, 60 inch TV with Netfix, WiFi, excellent customer service. Everything we needed was available and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

    Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants. Loved rooftop restaurant. Only negative was bus services to and from Heathrow-unreliable. Some buses just didn't come at all - not acceptable for traveller's who have flights to catch.

    The location is excellent, just a short walk to Hayes and Harlington station where you can board a train on the Elizabeth line. Parking is good. The studio was clean, tidy and spacious. I was very comfortable. The wi fi signal was strong 👍 Be weary of the door though. I closed it and went to check on my car. I had not locked it but it auto locks when closed.....I had left the keys indoors and I had locked myself out lol. Thankfully Kay came and let me back in. She is an excellent host. I will happily stay there again.

    Was greeted on arrival and shown to room. Was tendered to at breakfast. Room was comfy and warm on arrival. The hotel and rooms were clean and welcoming. Was also greeted at checkout to make sure our stay was ok and that we slept ok. Very good cup of tea! And plenty of food at breakfast! Not far from restuarants and takeaways etc
