Located 10 mins drive from city centre, the property really has to be seen to believed, the pictures do not fully do it justice . Beautifully furnished for comfort , the collection of memorabilia and little treasures the host has amassed adds a unique interest to a well thought out premises. Beds were very comfortable , bath in main bedroom bathroom and powerful modern shower in 2nd bedroom. The cinema is an amazing bonus and a unique highlight. Luckily our stay was just in time to see the wonderful Christmas trees/decorations that create a truly magical atmosphere.

We liked everything. The view and birds. The beds, the quality of the space, the showers... and the host is an absolutely 10/10 in thinking of making guests welcome (snacks, brochures for the area, a brilliant 'house manual'). We're planning on coming back to Belfast and will look to book here first.
