The manager Beth was really welcoming and helpful she was informative and you could tell she enjoyed her job. The bar staff were friendly and provided polite friendly service. Breakfast on the Saturday was in the cafe next door this was a really pleasant experience the young ladies were also really friendly. On the Sunday breakfast was in the pub. The food both days was fresh well prepared and presented and tasty. Good coffee finished it off. The rooms were simple smart and clean .

The bed was really comfy and the shower was fabulous. However no TV remote could be found for the TV. This was pointed out to the staff but none came though it was on their busiest night of the year. We had a comfortable stay and would stay again.

Owners Daena and Leo are charming and most welcoming!! This couple is committed to keep this quaint little pub/ inn a shining star. Breakfast was delicious, our room delightful and very comfortable. We would go out of our way to stay here again!
