-the esthetic beauty of the hotel, surrounded by lush greenery that provided a serene and inviting atmosphere - The staff at the hotel were incredibly caring and attentive. Kids friendly ( goodie bags at arrival For kids, snacks for the road at the departure ) - The cuisine was nothing short of amazing. Both breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and diverse, catering to a wide range of tastes. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch, making every meal a delightful experience.

Booking was easy and uncomplicated. The hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was and my one evening meal were excellent. The staff are very efficient, attentive and friendly. Everything about the Highbury house was wonderful! Pauline went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival, and OUR rooms were super clean, neat, quiet and comfortable….exactly what we needed after an exhausting 30+ hours of traveling from the USA.

I will start off by rating the view and location of the hotel; the view you would wake up to no matter where your room is was breathtaking. Looking out the window was enough to ease your mind to start a wonderful morning. Moving on to the staff; they were very kind, understanding, and helpful during our stay. They always welcomed us with warm smiles and asked about how your stay was going whenever they had the chance to! ALL the staff there were exceptional especially William,Donna,Keith, and the Thailandi lady whom i didnt have the chance to read her name off her name tag. If i could mention all their names i would. Breakfast was amazing It had a variety of options and you could ask for meals that weren’t in the menu as long as they had their ingredients. Would totally recommend giving it a try

It’s the small things that really made the difference. The kitchen was very well stocked with a selection of coffees, teas and cocoa. The host even left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates! The entire was delightful!
