Over priced, Room smelt mouldy and damp, spiders in the loo, woodlouse on the carpet. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Did not sleep a wink, due to uncomfortable sleeping and the horrendous smell. I had a free day to go into town and it was a quick walk past the car rental area to catch a tram right down to Princess Street. The hotel facility itself for super; great pool facility, spa access, very good menu at restaurant and comfortable amenities in the room.
