Kew Gardens Hotel is only 150 metres from Kew Gardens and 2 minutes’ walk from the nearest Tube Station. It features boutique-style rooms, a gastro-pub and restaurant. You could not find a hotel with better staff. Everyone is welcoming and goes above and beyond what you would expect in the way of customer service. This was my 5th visit here and it is always a pleasure to return. I have a 13 month old son and again nothing is ever too much trouble, they are fantastic at accommodating me at late notice and honestly, you would be hard pushed to find a better breakfast!
Kew Rooms is situated in Kew, in the Mortlake district. This 3-star guest house offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. Some units at the property have a patio with a garden view. Friendly owner, clean, light and airy. I would definitely stay again and looking forward to doing so.
Located within 4.1 km of Eventim Apollo and 5 km of Olympia Exhibition Centre in London, Kew Gardens National Archives provides accommodation with free WiFi and flat-screen TV. Chris was lovely and really welcoming! A very comfortable accommodation in a gorgeous area by Kew Bridge.
Situated in the Mortlake district in Richmond, less than 1 km from Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and 2.3 km from Museum Of Richmond, Zita's Home features an equipped accommodation with a patio and free... super nice flat in the middle of Kew. Comfortable bedrooms and a very nice kitchen. But the best is a fantastic terrace out the back to enjoy the weather. the place seems to have been recently renovated to a very high standard. quite simply a place you would be happy to live in for a long time.
Very pleasant part of London - not many shops but those that there are are of good quality. Kew Gardens are lovely and well worth exploring. Also location of the National Archives. Several local restaurants and food also available in the Kew Gardens Hotel.
Love Kew gardens, love the plaza area around the underground station, and The National Archives have to be the best-run archives in the world. There are also excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.
Excellent light, fire and water display. Plenty of Toilets. Food and beverages far to expensive. Our experience of the mulled wine it absolutely awful. As a wheelchair user we felt that there could be easier access than being I a long queue
The hotel location for Kew Gardens is excellent; approximately a 10 minute walk to the gardens from the hotel. The local train station is less than five minutes away; approximately a 40 minute journey into Westminster on the District Line. There is a bus stop about 50 yds from the hotel where you can catch the 110 bus into Richmond on Thames, on the return journey to Kew the bus stops outside the hotel. Excellent eating facilities can be found in the parade of shops at the railway station. We would recommend the bar, Tap on the Line to have a drink, the menu choice and food there are very good. There is one slight problem, car parking for the hotel is on street and finding a place to park close to the hotel may be a problem. The hotel provides a permit to park in the street bays for the duration of your stay.
Kew Gardens are well worth visiting and a guided tour helps you understand more of what goes on in researching plants, For example they provide assistance to the police in identifying poisons, retain seed samples for thousands of plants use DNA evidence to identify plants and much more. It is an amazing place to walk round and relax on the edge of the Thames within easy reach of Central London.
We liked everything. Pleased it wasn't to busy. The Explorer was excellent and was extremely useful as I am limited in my walking. We had afternoon tea at the Botanical which was excellent. The only downside is we were not sure where we were on occasion and would have found a few more signposts useful.
Lovely spacious and bright room in a quiet location but close to restaurants, shops and underground/overground station. Only a stones throw from the magnificent Kew Gardens (as the name suggests!).
Close to Kew Gardens where we were visiting.
