Very upscale with a quaint feel. Breakfast was delicious and we both really enjoyed our dinner there also. Walking around the estate was both beautiful and peaceful watching the lambs run around. The rain boots were available for loan if the grounds are wet/ muddy.

The cottage is fabulous, and the setting is perfect, and so quiet. Our hosts couldn't do enough to please us, so friendly. All the facilities were spot on and breakfast supplies were more than enough.

Great place to stay. Very polite staff, our flight was delayed and we were able to check in very late and they waited us for our arrival. Unfortunately we stayed there only a night and left the next morning so we were not able to properly enjoy the hotel but highly recommend.

It is only 2 stories, rooms are easy to find , you can store your luggage downstairs before check in and after check out for free. Restaurant is convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner , as well as room service. Staff are pleasant and helpful!

    Everything about this hotel is above and beyond. The staff couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. The exterior is simply a haven of peace and quiet, the interior is simply beautiful. The rooms are beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable and spacious. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, superb.

    Lovely staff, lovely reception rooms.

    Lovely staff, lovely reception rooms. Absolutely no information on the hotel or surrounding area. No tea pot/ kettle. Poorly maintained plumbing . Hot water dangerously hot. One tiny bar of soap for 2 people for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced the second day. No newspapers offered. No information about room service.
