Breakfast was absolutely amazing, everything was fresh and of high quality. Host was also able to accommodate individual request (e.g. I wanted bacon not salmon with my eggs). The house itself sits quite remote, making it a little bit of a drive to get there, but it's definitely worth it. In return, you get a house in a beautiful location, it's very quiet and you only see and hear nature around you. The breakfast area also gives a great view of the beautiful garden and all the little birds flying around in it.

Glentower Lower Observatory features accommodations with breakfast included with stunning views of Loch Linnhe and the Ardgour Hills. The center of Fort William is only a 5-minute walk away.

The room was perfect - bed was so comfortable ! The breakfast was included and was very delicious ! We had a lake view and large bathroom equipped with large claw foot tub! There is easy access parking on site and great guide book for restaurants etc in the area by the hosts. The property is beautifully decorated and the exterior and grounds are extremely well maintained !

There was nothing to dislike about the property .Location fantastic right on the loch side, evening meal(at extra cost) was really good breakfast excellent a good choice from the menu. Room was large and the view from our room was tremendous down Loch Linnie .Highly recommended

I love the attention the guests gave us, the lovely room that we stayed in, and also the location, just right in front of the lake. The whole hotel is just so cozy and the staff is super nice. The room was very spacious, also the bathroom. The bed was big and cozy. Breakfast was delicious. I look forward to coming back

We chose to spend two nights at the Corran because it seemed to offer a perfect loci for visiting all the stellar attractions in the immediate area and we were well rewarded. Can't comment on hosts because we never did meet anyone but it wasn't needed. The rooms were spacious with a very comfortable living area and could have easily accommodated more than just the two of us. The property itself was a gift being right on a Loch with incredible currents and vistas. The ferry service offered to cross to the restaurant / pub and a brewery across the Loch was so accessible and added a unique touch to the experience. We reserved for two night and would have wanted a third! Highly recommended.

Moorings Hotel lies alongside the banks of the Caledonian Canal at the famous Neptune's Staircase.
