I like that the room has its own entry. The room & shower were great. The bed and breakfast were top notch. It is delivered right to your room. I love how remote they are and very close to some wonderful sights.

Location was ideal- 20 mins from station, 8 mins from the centre of the town. You can hear the river outside with a good view if it! Exceptionally friendly and warm service from the guesthouse owner. The room had everything I needed. Very warm and comfortable.

The location is BEAUTIFUL! Viv was AMAZING and so friendly. We ended up in a massive traffic jam due to an incident on the way to our location, and Viv was wonderful in allowing for a later check in due to our situation. The room was clean and well laid out, we had an ocean facing room on the top floor, with plenty of comfortable sleeping room. We did a little exploring the following day with recommendations from Viv before we continued on to Scotland. Breakfast was delicious and made to perfection, other guests were equally as cheerful with the location and accommodation, but Viv and her positive welcoming demeanour was by far the highlight of our experience. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area, or travelling through.

Location was ideal and accessibility fantastic for my son who has cerebral palsy. We would definitely book again in future. We were in Morecambe to visit family. Wish it was dog friendly then my husband and dog would join us for a longer visit next time. Already recommended it to other family members for when they come to visit our relatives in future.
