A red-bricked, Victorian archway leads to The Mere's acres of countryside, 18-hole championship golf course and spa. Local produce is served on seasonal menus at the 3 restaurants and lounge bars. Super comfortable, lovely relaxed atmosphere, fabulous breakfast, beautiful room
Located just 3 miles from Knutsford and the M6 Motorway’s junction 19, ibis Budget Knutsford features non-smoking accommodation with free WiFi available throughout the hotel. Very clean and ideal for the airport
Located in the village of Plumley, The Golden Pheasant is a pub that welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Excellent location, just off motor way but very quiet and rural. Staff were very approachable and friendly. Food was excellent. Will stay again.
Set in Knutsford in the Cheshire Region, 4 km from Tatton Park, Rose & Crown Inn features a sun terrace. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Everything excellent comfortable stay and friendly staff.
Mere Court, originally built as a private residence in 1903, now lovingly restored into a fine Country House Hotel. The murder mystery. The meal and breakfast was very good. This was a birthday present from my Mum and Dad. The room was very comfortable. The over night stay fabulous from start to finish.
Just outside the stylish Cheshire town of Knutsford and very close to the M6 and M56, this luxury 4-star hotel is a great for exploring Manchester, Chester, Liverpool and the Northwest. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making sure that we were checked in straight away which is a must with two children. The room had a care pack for my children, with their own snacks and dressing gown. In the evening they brought cookies and milk for th kids which was a lovely touch!

The Moor and The Heath provide great open parkland for dog walking. The village itself has lots of, and good variety of good restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Plenty of shops but no chains!
Knutsford tops tips from our trip; Lost & Found for cocktails Gusto for Italian Botanist for later music and more cocktail! Uber works great even though everyone says taxis are difficult to find in Knutsford.
We loved being out in the country. Knutsford was great for a break from the city life and had everything we needed for our stay there. We loved running through Tatton park for our daily exercise and seeing the wildlife. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the food was great.
The landing aircraft coming into land at Manchester airport were terrifyingly low and incredibly noisy, I never felt comfortable. Restaurants were numerous and a diverse choice . Pleasant shopping experience.
We are biased in that we lived there for 10 years.Town has gone way upmarket since we left but it is still a must for a visit to the area.Plenty of pubs and restaurants....and history. General Patton was exiled there before having his command restored and leading the US to victory in Europe...or so he said! Sorry I haven't the time to mention King Canute after whom the town is apparently named.
Knutsford is a beautiful town to visit amazing restaurants and bars all the way down king street plenty to do for all ages picollinos, gusto, Giovannis and eastern revive all great restaurants to visit. I have never had a bad meal in knutsford in the daytime their is some great beautique shops to visit.

I loved that you could hear the planes overhead (they didn't go during the night so no noise issues) but we were going on holiday so it was super exciting! We drove into knutsford for dinner and it was only a 15minute drive which was great The rooms are cute and the bathrooms wonderful with really powerful shower. 15minute drive to the airport!

Very quick action taken by the friendly staff when our room was smelly. Wonderful pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs. Close enough to manchester airport where we were flying from the next day. Wonderful food, especially the buffet.

We stayed at Hinton guest house twice, after our flight in and before our flight out of Manchester. The first night we arrived very late and were welcomed kindly and even got midnight sandwiches for our children. Thank you so much!

Family room/pet friendly/cheap as chips/clean/comfortable/much more pleasant than the m/way service hotel nearby. Great option if visiting Knutsford or as an overnight stopover off the M6

Beautiful country setting for a very comfortable and traditional country pub. Could have been the set for Midsummer Murders, such a pretty area. Accommodation spotless and comfy. Staff friendly, pleasant and helpful. Wonderful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Dog to anyone from home or abroad. Meals excellent. Breakfast particularly good, even got kippers for breakfast with homemade bread and good coffee. Lots of car park spaces.
