The couple running the pub went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated our request to have breakfast in the room. Handy to have a kitchen in the room too. Nicely it's in between the seafront and town and very close to the station. Nice coffee and lots of choice of breakfast too

Offering garden views and a garden, Berry House Bed & Breakfast offers accommodations well located in Littlehampton, within a short distance of Littlehampton East Beach. Berry House B&B was excellent in all respects. We stayed for four nights (20-24 Sept) in the first floor twin bedroom called “Sparkles”. This room was spotlessly clean, provided quality amenities and the beds were so very comfortable. The theme of sparkly effect lighting, tiling in the shower etc was an added bonus for my wife who absolutely loved it all. We could not have wished for better hosts. Kara and Simon were delightful, they were on hand to provide assistance when I was feeling unwell and were generally charming and helpful. Perfect hosts. The breakfasts were certainly very good with a good selection of quality produce. We certainly found a little gem in Berry House B&B and certainly hope to return there in the future.

Everything was perfect! The location is great, we parked the car very close and free and and family and me enjoyed the flat so much! All cleaned and new, the kitchen full of stuff like salt, oats, coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies, even a bottle of milk in the fridge! All better than I thought. Great layout, quite place and perfect for a family. Highly recommend. It was hard to leave yesterday when the weather was amazing!!!

Located in Littlehampton in the West Sussex region, Coast house, Norfolk road, Littlehampton has a private secure garden. The property was built in 1997 and features accommodations with a patio. Fantastic location, very close to the beach, restaurants and the town centre. Bedding and towels of a high standard. The host was helpful when there was a problem, and fixed it as soon as was possible.
A working break. Out of the summer season. So not sure of off beach activities, besides the Arun yacht club, the Littlehampton golf club. Nearby Arundel castle and estate. If out of summer season. Dogs were welcome so a good place to exercise the legs.
Location was excellent As a keen fisherman, options were plentiful including charter boats with knowledgeable crew. Plenty of eating and drinking locations within walking distance Central location to travel to various locations around the area
I specially loved the sea and the beach. I have been swimming all over the world and I think that it's hard to beat the waves and clear water in Littlehamton. There are lots of interesting places to visit nearby
A quiet resort with beautiful pebble beaches and the Arun river. A small town centre, but everything we needed. Some lovely cafes along the river and beach front. A nice walk from Rope Walk behind the golf club, across a couple of fields and back along West beach. It is also possible to walk several miles east from East beach along the beach.
It depends what you prefer! Definitely the funfair near the beach for families and young people. Nice walk slong the river towards the beach with sll the yachts to look at. Places to get fish and chips and ice cream. Further east towards Rustington is a bit quieter. Pedalo lakes each end. Good restaurants along the river: Harbour Lights (£) but best meal for me! We also ate at The fish factory which was good but portions overwhelmingly huge and (££) and The Gravy Boat (££) was also good (we hadn't booked but they still accommodated us). Polite friendly staff in all three restaurants. The town itself is a bit run down. Our hosts revommended east beach cafe too but we ran out of time. Beware only Harbour Lights was open on Sunday evening and only until 8pm. We wanted to go to Mussel Row (looked expensive) but it was closed on sunday. The gravy boat does take away on a sunday but testaurant was closed on sunday. The town cenyre like many seaside towns is full of charity shops and cheap clothes shops, it's a bit rough towards the station (London by the sea) but we found a quaint little street just off the road behind the park full of tiny little flint cottages. I'd say it was more geared up for families with young children, but we still enjoyed our 3 nights although we moved arpund a bit ie walked 10 miles along the pebble beach to Worthing and took the train to Shoreham, which is a bit more upmarket but smaller. Littlehampton train station is quite centrally located so easy to get to other places.on the way back we stopped to have a look around Arundel which is only 15 mins away by car.
Skylight Frame over Window needs to be vacuumed for dust and cobwebs - bits falling on bed! It was a wonderful place, enjoyed lounging late in the morning in bed - pleasant atmosphere with lots of light. Andrea very helpful with local information. Arundel Gardens lovely, South Downs walks to Chatti magnificent. Littlehampton Harbour at sunset was magical.
Littlehampton
This B&B is the best we have stayed in and much better than some so called 5 star hotels. Cara and Simon were excellent hosts, very friendly, helpful and took great pride in ensuring our 5 night stay was very enjoyable. Our room (Tree Tops) was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished. The house is in a good spot for a stroll in to Littlehampton and Arundel, Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth are within easy driving distance or go by train or bus.
Littlehampton
We stayed in basement room. It was very cosy with chic dark interior, beautiful furniture and great lighting. Very clean, everything looks neat not even any usual crap grouting in the bathroom. Hosts were very helpful and sorted a few extras quickly. Most well maintained little hotel and lovely hand-written cards with breakfast. So touched by their hospitality :)

The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Has lots of information about how to get to places etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Good location to get to Arundel and littlehampton.
