Bed really comfortable. Very individual and eclectic rooms, which were very homely. Extremely clean. Sherill was a very warm and welcoming hostess. We loved her🥰. Her tales of Kenya and live cam pictures at watering holes in Africa made it a very unique experience

Llandovery does not offer much to see or do in the town itself. Most small shops only open Fri/Sat. It is a good base to reach other attractions. We would not stay in Llandovery again having now seen the surrounding attractions.
Llandovery is a wonderful lovely small town. Lots of ameneties, shops, and great pubs and restaurants. People are very friendly and welcoming. You have to check out the antiques shop on teh edge of town. Llandovery is central to some of the most beautiful countryside, great for walks, and not far from the coast. Great place to stay. We stayed at the Kings Head, amazing old pub, fupl of character, great food, wonderful staff, comfy rooms. llandovery is also full of history, it has a small ruined castle, great place to go and explore. Will definately be coming back.
Very clean and friendly. Lots of history very interesting. Great little train station and buses. Very picturess scenery and some lovely sites to visit. Lots of bars, cafes, and restaurants. Great for exploring further afield. Must recommend the Castle hotel it's a Fabulous building with lovely gardens. The food and service was superb.
Lovely centre to explore Wales. It’s a shame there are no longer any banks here but that seems to be the norm for many. Would be an ideal place to stay when going to the RoyalWelsh Show. A short journey from Llandovery would be far preferable to the crowded Builth Wells during Show week. Easy Centre also for visiting Brecon
The people at the visitor's centre are very helpful and the museum is really interesting. Although it's a small town there are some lovely places to eat lunch, the Old Printing Office serves delicious food and cakes as does La Patisserie and Bakery. The Royal Oak has a very good menu and specials every evening. There is also has a train station so it's possible to travel to and from London, and it has some interesting friendly shops.
Interesting town, with a bit of history, set in a beautiful location. This was my first visit to Wales and the place is visually stunning. The locals that I met were very friendly and happy to engage.
Charming little place, lovely owners. Well decorated, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast as well.
