Great comms from the property owners. Met us there, showed us the basics of everything. Even noticed we were a towel short and so popped off and were back with one 5 mins later! Location right in the centre was perfect, it was a 60 second walk to any of the great places to eat. There is also a decent sized Coop right opposite, so it's 15 seconds door to door to pop out to get a bottle of wine or packet of crisps!

The host Richard was responsive on the booking.com chat, very helpful in accommodating our bikes, was available passed his preferred hours (it's big hill to cycle up!) and had beers available! The shower was brilliant, beds comfy and all in all exactly what 2 tired cyclists needed. Breakfast was very tasty indeed - 1st class full english!

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, well appointed room. Good breakfast and great value. Spacious car park. Limited menu for evening meal but only a guide as our hosts were happy to accommodate requests. Guest ale and good wine were a great bonus.

    Great family run camp site, the location was ideal for hikes and seeing the damns and local villages and towns. Facilities were really good,out Geodome was amazing, comfy beds,loads of room, even had a gas electric heater inside for when temperature dropped at night. The outside kitchen was amazing no need to bring cutlery,pans etc. The pizza making evening on friday was brilliant kids loved it. Owners are really friendly and helpful, would visit again for sure!

    The site is gorgeous and peaceful. The domes are incredible, spacious and cozy, with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing family getaway. Suzi is a fantastic host who made us feel welcome and comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!
