This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in London, and the best value as well. The rooms were so comfortable, and beautifully designed. We loved having a kitchenette to be able to prepare breakfast each morning. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect too- just steps away from great restaurants, bars, shops, markets, and the tube station. When I'm in London, I wouldn't stay anywhere else now!

It was top notch service, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The decor is beautifully done, and size of the room are big for British and European standards. Should make it a point to go have high tea and stop by Shiok, the bakery. Both were amazing.

Our second stay in London began with the tube strike.

Our second stay in London began with the tube strike. Traffic was horrendous and became very expensive going only a few miles in a cab. London is a beautiful city and I am glad I stayed and saw so many of the sights it offers - Tower of London and a boat cruise on the Thames were favorites with our group. Buckingham Palace, I found very disappointing. The rooms are dowdy and with the construction of some rooms inconvenient. I am glad I visited but I would recommend going to Windsor Castle. Totally amazing. The architecture is fabulous all over London. It's not convenient in many buildings for older individuals with mobility issues. Ramps and other handicap facilities are needed, more lifts and escalators. Prepare to walk. Invest in comfortable walking shoes!

London is a beautiful, multicultural, clean, and well-organized city. It is extremely big but well-connected. If someone wants to explore it all (especially not just the most famous tourist attractions), you'll definitely need at least a week. The people are very friendly and welcoming.

London is such a dynamic and lovely city. After +10years of visiting, there are still so many things to see and do. The tube strike did make our trip a bit harder as we had to walk a lot which cut into our things to do time.

London was visited this year, but was found to be a lot more...

London was visited this year, but was found to be a lot more expensive than we had anticipated. Our schedule of places to be visited required that we had to use taxis for transport, only to find that a 30 minute journey cost the 2 of us, 35 GBP, and we noticed that in the central London area the speed limit was only 20 MPH. We visited Madame Tussauds and thoroughly enjoyed the 4.0 hours spent inside. A "must visit" location. Our next place to visit , was The Tower of London, and was worth the time spent there. We had booked to see "Wicked" at the Apollo Theatre, and the performance was exceptional, and would recommend it to any one young or old. the cost of 92 GBP was worth every penny. Historically just over 700 performances have been acted. We ate at Wagamamas just up the road from the hotel. Most eateries were closed after 7:30 PM

Princes Garden is centrally located, few minutes away from both underground and bus stations. The price is also cheap compared to other similarly located places. The rooms are spacious enough and clean. In comparison to other hotels we stayed in in London, this one has been so far the best one. If you don't need/want luxury, want a clean room with enough storage space and be in the city centre within twenty minutes, this is the best you can do. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, ready to help with anything we might need :)

I booked a deluxe single room, and wasn't sure what to expect considering it was much cheaper than a lot of other hotels in London. However I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Top marks for having a control panel next to the bed that controlled all the lights plus the aircon. Perfect for a one night stay or to use as a base. Breakfast was very good - bacon, sausages, eggs plus a full continental breakfast on offer, plus pastries and toast. Would definitely recommend!

I’m a little ocd about where I stay - typically don’t stay in cheaper hotels so I was very apprehensive. Honestly the room was immaculate. Staff we’re incredibly kind and upgraded our room ( assuming as they didn’t have anybody book the bigger room for the night ) Was a lovely gesture. Exactly like photos, bed to my surprise was very comfy. 4 minuet from station. We just booked it as somewhere to stay for the night whilst we went for dinner in London and truthfully we will be going back - very private, cosy hotel

The City Prime Apartments were amazing! We regularly stay in London and try to be different by staying in apartments rather than hotels - adds a touch of home. The apartment was a brilliant size, clean, well appointed, great location and the staff - in particular KARIM on reception - were superb! Karim, thank you!!!! You were friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome.
