Really friendly staff. The room was very pretty with a big comfortable bed. Excellent location, you can have a really nice walk down the canal in Castelfield in direction of the Museum of Science and then to Deansgate. The breakfast was also very good.

The whole hotel makes you feel you are in Gotham, the decor and lighting are done so well it really sets the mood of the architecture.
