Everything. Staff were lovely. Great vibes - very chilled out. Food was lovely. Very dog friendly. Shower and bed were fantastic. Loads of quirky little bits that made the hotel stand out. Fabulous stay and great location. Parking a few minutes walk away. I liked that you weren't restricted from any part of the hotel or restaurant with your pet. Welcome drink and food voucher, confectionery station on every floor. Rooftop bar. Record player and tv in the room. Nice light features.

I had a fantastic stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester City Centre. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and very close to the tram, making it easy to get around. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient experience. Highly recommended!

Loved everything - so spacious and really feels luxurious. Booked two rooms, one with river views and the second for teenage son. Son’s room was upgraded at no extra cost, a lovely touch. Loved the walk in wardrobes in both rooms. Breakfast was superb.

There are some scary characters in Manchester.

There are some scary characters in Manchester. My daughter lives there, which worries me. I had a scary experience myself once, with an Uber driver who kept trying to dump me, even though my daughter paid up front. He was not the proper driver and told me it was his son's taxi. He had been offered another job to do, so wanted rid of me. 4 times he tried to ditch me, once down a back alley. Im 56, female and disabled. I had to get quite insistent with him. It has put me off travelling to Manchester and my daughter is moving to Yorkshire, thank goodness. It's a shame about the dodgey characters as it's a beautiful city.

I live in the South, but travel around the country a lot. Yes, I am a City fan, but I find Manchester the best place in the country anyway. Be yourself, tell the truth, have a laugh...it's what they do. Don't think you can't join in, just be polite.

As I have an interest in architecture, creative arts, British criminology and sport. Manchester has a wealth of historic and present aspects i had a desire to explore. I don’t think I’ll be there next year as I want to savour what I have discovered and seen in the last three years, but in the future I will visit again.

A lively, young and vibrant city.

A lively, young and vibrant city. I loved the heritage and history and civic pride. Lots to see and do. Mancunians are exceptionally friendly and helpful if lost. The Christmas markets were extraordinary and wonderfully busy. Loved getting around by tram - such an efficient way to travel and never gets stuck in traffic. A trip out to MediaCity and Salford Quays was excellent and included seeing the impressive Imperial War Museum North and the Lowery gallery. Both worthwhile visits. Discovered a gem of an Irish Bar in Northern Quarter with live music. Perfect!
